Characteristics of eductors

An eductor (also known as jet pump ejector and Venturi pump) is an ejector type that allows liquids to be kept in motion, avoiding sedimentation, thanks to its Venturi effect (1:5 ratio). Essentially, the high velocity of the fluid causes a pressure drop by restricting the flow and creating a partial vacuum.

The eductors are the most efficient way to pump, move or mix liquid or gas. They can be used in a wide variety of open vessels or closed tanks, working almost anywhere there is a need to pump or mix any fluid.

EUSPRAY’s eductors are available in several different materials (KYNAR* (special PVDF) AISI316 glass fiber reinforced polypropylene) and dimensions to fit all market existing applications or needs.
